Pumpkin Raisin Nut Bread

Serves: 12
WW Points per Serving: 3

1 (15.4 oz.) pkg. - Nut Quick Bread Mix
1/2 cup - Raisins
3/4 cup - Canned Unsweetened Pumpkin
1/2 cup - Water
1/4 cup - Egg Substitute
1 tsp. - Pumpkin Pie Spice
Cooking Spray

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine bread mix and raisins in a medium bowl; make a well in center of mixture. Combine pumpkin and next three ingredients; stir well. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moist.

Spoon batter into an 8 1/2x4 inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutres or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cook in pan 10 minutes on a wire rack; remove from pan.
