Cornbread Dressing

Serves: 12
WW Points per Serving: 3.5

2 cups - Self-rising Cornmeal
Egg Substitute to equal 1 egg
2 tsp. - Dried Sage
1 can - Fat-Free Chicken Broth
1 cup - Self-Rising Flour
1 - Celery Stalk, chopped
1 tsp. - Poultry Seasoning
2 cups - Skim Milk
1 - Medium Onion, chopped
Pepper and Salt to taste

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients, except chicken broth, in a large mixing bowl. Spray a 9x13-inch nonstick pan with nonstick cooking spray. Bake in oven for approximately 30-40 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.

When completely cooled, break bread into crumbled pieces and pour one can of fat-free chicken broth over crumbled pieces. Stir well. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes depending on your choice of consistency.
