Reduced-Fat Cranberry Salad

Serves: 20
WW Points per Serving: 3

12 ounces - Fresh Cranberries, ground
1 (8 oz.) container - Lite non-dairy whipped topping
1/2 cup - Walnuts, chopped
2 cups - Red Grapes, cut in halves
1 1/2 cups - Sugar
1 can (16 oz.) - Crushed Pineapple in juice

Grind cranberries. Chop walnuts. Cut grapes in half, removing any seeds. Place the ingredients in a large mixing bowl, add sugar and pineapple. Cover and marinate overnight in refrigerator. Add whipped topping just before serving.
