Chicken Stroganoff

Serves: 6
WW Points per Serving: 5

6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 cups fat free sour cream
2 cups fresh mushrooms sliced
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 bag egg noodles

Boil chicken. When done, cut into bite size chunks. Place cooked chicken and mushrooms in non-stick skillet sprayed with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray; add just enough water to prevent sticking. Cook until mushrooms are tender. Add sour cream and mustard. Let simmer for about 15 minutes.

Cook egg noodles as directed on package.

Pour 1 cup of stroganoff over 1 cup of noodles.

Kelley's note: In my opinion, this was just "okay". My husband liked it better than I did. I may give it another try. I really haven't liked anything that contained Fat-Free Sour Cream in it; I'm wondering if you substitute the "Lite" sour cream and refigure the points if it wouldn't be better.
