Turkey Cordon Bleu

Serves: 6
WW Points per Serving: 5

6 Turkey Breast Cutlets
6 oz. - Deli Style Smoked Ham
6 slices - 2% Swiss Cheese-folded in half to fit
2 T- Light Mayonnaise
1/2 cup - Italian Bread Crumbs
2/3 c - FF Chicken Broth


Top each cutlet with 1 oz. ham, 1 slice cheese. Roll and secure with toothpicks. Brush each with mayo & roll in breadcrumbs. Saure roll-ups in nonstick skillet over
medium heat until brown. Add broth, bring to a boil. Cover, reduce & simmer until roll-ups are done (about 5 min.)
