Mexican Chicken Bake

Serves: 6
WW Points per Serving: 6


1 1/2 lb. - Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breast, cooked
15oz. can - Black Beans, rinsed & drained
1 1/2 cup - FF Sour Cream
1 cup - Reduced-Fat Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese
4oz can - Chopped Green Chiles
1 tsp - Cumin
1/4 tsp - Pepper
6 med. corn tortillas, cut into 2 inch strips


Dice chicken & combine with black beans, sour cream , 1/2 cup cheese, chiles, cumin & pepper. Place 1/2 of tortilla strips in bottom of dish, cover with 1/2 of
chicken mixture. Top with remaining chicken mixture & remaining 1/2 c. cheese. Bake 30 min. at 350F
