Potato Soup

Serving Size: 1 1/2 cup
WW Points per Serving: 1

3 cans - Fat-Free Chicken Broth
1 pkg. - Pioneer Fat-Free Gravy mix
1/2 cup - Water
1 pkg. - Ore-Ida frozen O-Brien Hash Browns

Heat potatoes in chicken broth until tender. Mix gravy mix with water and add to potato mix, stirring until well blended. Simmer for a few minutes.

Options: (Check and add points for each)

Add 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
Sprinkle bowls of soup with grated cheese
Sprinkle bowls of soup with bacon pieces
