Apple Granola Crisp

Serves: 4 (1 cup servings)
WW Points per Serving: 3

4 cups - Sliced Granny Smith Apples (about 4 large apples)
1 tbsp. - Brown Sugar
1 tbsp. - Cornstarch
1 tbsp. - Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp. - Vanilla extract
Butter-flavored cooking spray
1 1/4 cups - Low-Fat Granola with raisins

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; toss well. Spoon mixture in an 11x7 dish coated with cooking spray. Cover with heavy-duty plastic wrap; microwave on high 5 minutes or until apples are tender.

Remove plastic wrap. Top apple mixture with granola; coat generously with cooking spray. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 4 minutes.
