Whole Pie = 4 points
Honeymaid Chocolate Graham Crackers (2 crackers - used full length) broken into crumbs
(Sprinkle crumbs on bottom of 8" pie tin)
1 pint (2 cups) Strawberries
(Slice and put on top of graham cracker crumbs)
Spray a small saucepan with Pam. Add 1 level tbsp. Cornstarch, 1 small package Sugar-Free Strawberry Jell-O and 1 cup Diet Soda (Strawberry, Ginger Ale, Lemon Lime). Stir together and bring to a boil.
Cool to luke warm and pour over strawberries. Let set.
