Frozen Banana Cream Pie

Serves: 6
WW Points per Serving: 2

4 chocolate wafer cookies
1 pkg. Sugar-Free Banana Cream Instant Pudding mix
1 1/2 cups Skim Milk
8 oz. container Fat-Free Cool Whip
Non-Stick Cooking Spray

Spray a 9" pie plate with cooking spray. Crush 2 of the chocolate cookies and sprinkle on bottom of pie plate and set aside.

Combine the pudding mix and milk with a whisk until set. Fold in the Cool Whip and pour into the pie plate. Crush the remaining 2 cookies and sprinkle on top of pie. Freeze for 6 hours.

Thaw 10 minutes before serving.
