Lowfat Instant Orange Salad

Serves: 6
WW points per serving: 2

1 small box - Sugar free Orange Jello
1 small can - Crushed Pineapple, well drained
1 - 8 oz. container - Light and Lively Cottage Cheese
1 - 8 oz. container - Fat Free Cool Whip

Be SURE that pineapple is well drained. Mix all ingredients together. Chill and serve.

Kelley's note: This is probably one of my WW favorites. I don't know why...it's very simple but I love to have it on hand for those times when I want a little something sweet. It is "lumpy" (from the cottage cheese) so, if you don't like that, then you might not want to try it. My husband won't eat it because of that very reason. It has a great orange flavor!
