Crock Pot Italian Herb Chicken

Servings: 8

2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast
2 McCormick Italian Herb Seasoning packets
4 cans stewed tomatoes (14.5 oz cans)
2 cans tomato paste (6 oz cans)
4 oz mushrooms
3.8 oz can black olives, sliced
1 bell pepper

Cut the chicken into 8 pieces (4 oz each piece)
Mixed the stewed tomato's, tomato paste and seasoning packet in a blender to create a sauce
Place the chicken pieces, sauce, mushrooms, black olives and bell pepper (cut into the size you prefer) into the crock pot and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high 4 to 5 hours

***One serving contains one 4 oz piece of chicken and approx 1/2 cup sauce

I served with egg noodles but you can use whole wheat rotini which is 3 points for 2 oz.
