Blackberry Almond Cheesecake Tarts

1 (2.1 oz.) pkg. Mini Phyllo Shells
1/2 cup (4 oz.) 1/3-less-fat Cream Cheese
1 tbsp. Granulated Sugar
1 tbsp. Vanilla Fat-Free Yogurt
1 tsp. grated fresh Lemon Rind
1/8 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
15 Blackberies
1 tbsp. sliced Almonds
Powdered Sugar for dusting

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Toast phyllo shells at 350 for 5 minutes. While phyllo shells cook, beat cream cheese in a small bowl with mixer at medium speed until smooth. Add granulated sugar, yogurt, lemon rind and cinnamon; beat at medium speed until combined. Fill Phyllo Shells evenly with cream cheese mixture. Top evenly with blackberries and almonds. Dust with powdered sugar.
