Lime-Marinated Flank Steak

Serves: 6
WW Points per Serving: 4

1/4 cup - White Wine Vinegar
2 tbsp. - Chopped Fresh Cilantro
1 tbsp. - Vegetable Oil
2 tsp. - Coursely Chopped Jalapeno Pepper
1 1/2 tsp. - Fresh Lime Juice
2 - Garlic Cloves, pressed
1/2 tsp. - Salt
1/4 tsp. - Black Pepper
1 1/2 lbs. - Flank Steak
Cooking Spray

Combine vinegar and next 7 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag; shake to combine. Add steak to bag and marinate in refrigerator at least 8 hours, turning bag occasionally. Prepare grill. Remove steak from bag; discard marinade. Place steak on grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 6-8 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut steak diagonally across grain into thin slices.
