1/4 cup - Peanut Butter
1 1/2 cups - Rice Krispies cereal
1 tbsp. - Honey
1 small box - Sugar-Free Chocolate Instant Pudding
2 cups - 1 % milk
1 cup - Fat-Free Cool Whip
Spray and 8-inch cake pan with nonstick cooking spray. Microwave the peanut butter and honey until just melted. Add the Rice Krispies and mix well, then press in the bottom of cake pan.
Mix the pudding with milk, mix until smooth. Add Cool Whip and mix until just blended. Pour on top of Rice Krispie crust. Place in refrigerator until set. May freeze also.
