Chicken Mozzarella

Serves: 2
WW Points per Serving: 4

2 - Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
1/4 cup - Plain Bread Crumbs
1 - Egg White
1/4 cup - Skim Milk
1/4 cup - Tomato Sauce
2 tbsp. - Fat-Free Mozarella Cheese
Shake of: Parsley, Pepper, Oregano, Basil and Garlic Powder

Spray pan and turn heat on stove to medium. Beat egg white and milk. In separate bowl, mix bread crumbs and spices. Pound chicken breasts to 1/2" thick. Dip chicken in egg/milk mixture and coat with bread crumbs. Put chicken in preheated pan, cover and cook 3-4 minutes. Turn and cook an additional 3-4 minutes. Spoon tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese over chicken, cover and cook briefly until cheese melts.
