Pineapple Cake

Serves: 12
WW Pointer per Serving: 4

5 - Egg Whites
1 - 20 oz. can - Crushed Pineappe in juice, undrained
1 box - Yellow Cake mix (reduced fat like Jiffy)
1 tbsp. - Sugar

Beat egg whites until foamy. Add pineapple and cake mix. Spread in a sprayed and floured 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Freezes well. Fat-free Cool Whip can be used on top when served.
