1 - Reduced-Fat Graham Cracker Crust
1 box - Sugar-Free Lime Jell-O
1/4 cup - Water
2 containers - Key Lime Yogurt
1 container - Fat-Free Cool Whip
Dissolve lime Jell-O in the 1/4 cup of water on stove top then mix together Jell-O mixture, Yogurt and Cool Whip. Pour into pie crust. Chill.
Kelley's note: This is GOOD stuff. It USED to be my favorite healthy dessert...that was until I tried the Hawaiian Pie but, please, try this one. It is SO good and I've done it with other flavors as well. ie: Strawberry Banana Yogurt and Strawberry Jell-O.
