Crustless Pumpkin Pie

Serves: 8
WW Points per Serving: 1


15 oz. can - Pumpkin
12 oz. can - FF Evaporated Milk Stir all ingredients together. Pour into 9” pie
¾ cup - Egg Substitute pan sprayed with Pam
½ tsp. - Salt Place in preheated oven 400 degrees for
3 tsp. - Pumpkin Pie Spice 15 min
1 tsp. - Vanilla Reduce heat to 325 degrees for additional
2/3 cup - Splenda 30-35 min
FF Cool Whip Chill, serve with cool whip if desired

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Stir all ingredients together. Pour into 9" pie pan sprayed with Pam. Place in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degrees for additional 30-35 minutes. Chill. Serve with Cool Whip topping if desired.
