Cheese Fries

Serves: 4
WW Points per Serving: 2

2 large Idaho Potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch thick strips
1/8 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Pepper
1/2 cup - Lowfat Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat a large baking sheet with olive oil flavored cooking spray. Arrange potatoes on prepared baking sheet and season to taste with salt and pepper. Bake until golden brown and fork-tender, about 40 minutes. Move potatoes so that they are close together on baking sheet. Top with cheese. Bake until cheese melts, about 5 more minutes.
