12 Graham Crackers (squares)
1 Medium Banana, sliced
1/2 cup Sliced Strawberries
1 small package Low Calorie Vanilla Pudding (prepared)
1 cup Fat-Free Cool Whip
Place crackers in bottom of pie plate. Layer remaining ingredients in order listed. Place in fridge until pudding sets.
Kelley's note: This is really good. I actually "cheated" a little and added some mini chocolate chips on the top of this pie. I'm not certain, exactly, but feel that it didn't add many more points per serving. The one thing that I will say about this dessert is that you must eat it all on the day that you prepare it...it is not good as a leftover.
