Zucchini Sausage with Penne

Points per serving: 8
Servings: 4

14 1/2 oz zucchini in Italian style tomato sauce
14 1/2 oz can diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano
8 oz Hillshire Farm lite polska kielbasa
1 cup uncooked Penne noodles

Pour cans of zucchini and diced tomatoes in large pot and simmer.
Meanwhile cook penne for 10-12 minutes; drain and pour into tomato mixture.
Cut kielbasa into slices and add to pot. Simmer until thoroughly heated.
Can sprinkle parmesan cheese on top but add extra points.

Serve with a salad and you have a great meal.

Kelley's note: This made for a really good meal and was so nice for something just a little out of the ordinary. I actually found, when shopping, that the "turkey kielbasa" has less fat and calories than the lite polska kielbasa suggested. I'm afraid that I didn't refigure the points but, of course, they were fewer than shown above.
