Parmesan Pork Tenderloin

4 points per serving
Servings: 4

1 lb pork tenderloin (I use thin, lean, boneless chops)
3 tablespoons bread crumbs
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
cooking oil spray
1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced

Combine crumbs, cheese, salt and pepper.
Spray skillet with cooking spray and heat.
Dip damply wet chops into bread mixture crumb and add to skillet with onions and garlic.
Saute 8 to 10 minutes with vegetables on each side until pork is done.
