WW Points per Serving: 1.5 per slice
1 - Duncan Hines Lemon Cake mix
1/3 cup - Kroger No-Sugar-Added Apple Sauce (substitution for oil)
1 cup - Water
4 eggs - Whole
1 - 3 oz. box Lemon Pudding mix
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In mixing bowl, combine the above ingredients. Blend at low speed approximately 30 seconds until moistened. Blend at medium speed for 2 minutes.
Pour into Bundt pan sprayed with Pam and bake immediately for 38-43 minutes.
For dark pans or coated pans, reduce temperature to 325 degrees. Keep a check because oven temperatures vary.
Let cool, slice and enjoy!
Garnishes: 1 tablespoon of Lite or Fat-Free Cool Whip (0 points)
1/2 cup Fresh Blueberries (0.5 points)
3/4 cup Fresh Strawberries (0.5 points)
Sprinkle with Powdered Sugar
Kelley's note: YUM! This is SO good. I substituted Egg Beaters in place of the eggs and can't tell a bit of difference. This should lessen the points per serving.
